About the Course
Who This Course Is For
This course is for anyone wanting to improve their understanding of how the body functions, and how to leverage this understanding in order to move and feel better. It will serve as a 20-hour Yoga Teacher Training for those of you who would like to put it towards your continued education with Yoga Alliance. If you already took a previous Redefining Mobility training THIS IS NEW CONTENT, delivered in a completely different way. It will not feel repetitive and you will learn plenty of information that was not included in any of the previous trainings. This is an evolution of the previous course, with new language, and new insights.
What You'll Learn
The course content will be heavily informed by science and the most current literature on movement. I've done all my own research and have refined my understanding of the way the body functions, both at a biomechanical and histological level. If you've taken the training already, this version of the course will be much more in-depth and will expand upon what you've already learned. It's a total revamping of the old course and I know you'll dig it - guaranteed, or I swear I'll give you your money back! (I'm serious). I've learned so much more in the last year. I've evolved my understanding quite a bit, and also how to explain the content with more depth and precision. I hope so much that you're still keen to keep learning and evolving along with me.
The Rest of the Details
The course curriculum website will be made available to you post-purchase, on Sept 6th. The live virtual lectures will be conducted on Zoom, which you can join via phone, computer or tablet. If you cannot attend, don’t worry! They’ll be recorded and distributed to you right after the sessions. You will have permanent, lifetime access to the curriculum and lecture recordings, so you can revisit everything you’ve learned again and again.
